TiviMate IPTV Player is an Android TV player made for big screens. Its TV guide grid is easy to browse with a remote. Like any player, it doesn't include channels: you add a playlist you have permission to use. This guide covers installation, adding a playlist, the TV guide and Premium.

Which devices can run TiviMate?

TiviMate is published by Armobsoft FZE on Google Play and is designed for Android TV devices such as TV boxes, Google TV and Android-based smart TVs. Install it from your device's store and check that the publisher name matches. Lookalike apps with similar names exist.

1. Install TiviMate

  1. Open Google Play on your Android TV device.
  2. Search for "TiviMate IPTV Player" and check that the developer is Armobsoft FZE.
  3. Install and open the app.

Devices without Google Play, such as some Fire TV models: the developer publishes a separate app, TiviMate Companion, on Google Play. According to its listing, it unlocks Premium on devices without Google Play and lets you manage activated devices. It is not a player itself. Avoid modified or "pre-activated" versions from unknown websites.

2. Add your playlist

The official listing supports three common playlist types: M3U, Xtream Codes and Stalker Portal. Choose the one that matches the details your provider gave you.

  • Xtream Codes: enter the server address (with http:// or https:// and the port, if given), your username and your password.
  • M3U playlist: enter the full playlist URL exactly as you received it.
  • Stalker Portal: enter the portal address your provider supplied.

Give the playlist a clear name, confirm, and wait while TiviMate loads your channels.

3. Set up the TV guide (EPG)

The TV guide is one of TiviMate's main features: it shows the full programme schedule in a fast grid. Xtream Codes accounts often fill in the guide automatically. With an M3U playlist, add the EPG address from your provider in the playlist settings, then update the guide.

4. Free vs Premium

TiviMate's official site lists features such as multiple playlists, catch-up, favourites, recording and search. Some of these require TiviMate Premium. Premium is a subscription to the player only. It never includes channels or content.

  • On Google Play devices, buy Premium inside the app.
  • On devices without Google Play, use TiviMate Companion as described in its official listing.
  • You can manage your account at tivimate.com.

Always check the current price and terms in the app before you pay.

Troubleshooting

  • Playlist won't load: check the full address, the port and that the login details are typed exactly.
  • Empty TV guide: add or update the EPG URL, then refresh the guide.
  • Premium not showing: sign in with the same account you used to buy it, or check your activated devices in Companion.
  • Buffering: use a wired connection if possible and restart the device.
